Arrowhead Off-Grid Builders is a hands-on construction and consulting company based in Park County, Colorado.
We focus on helping landowners and property owners move projects forward in a way that actually works out here — not just on paper.
This isn’t big-box construction. This is real-world building, problem solving, and getting things done in environments where every project is different.
Who I Am
My name is Chelsea Aguilar.
I’m a 34-year-old mom building a life based on faith, hard lessons, and a decision to do things differently.
I was born in Texas, raised in Wyoming, and spent over a decade working across different industries — learning everything from the ground up.
College wasn’t my path. Experience was.
What We Do
We specialize in practical, results-driven work for rural and off-grid properties.

Out here, projects don’t always go by the book. We build with that in mind.
How I Got Here
In April of 2023, I bought land in Park County, Colorado.
That decision changed everything.
This is where I’m building my home, raising my family, and putting down roots. It gave me the chance to reset and focus on building something real.
God and family come first in everything I do.

Before starting Arrowhead Off-Grid Builders, I worked across multiple industries, including:
- Nursing and care work
- Automotive
- General construction and labor
- Business operations and management
- Equine training and competition
- Ranching and off-grid living
Everything I bring to this business comes from hands-on experience.

Park County gave me the space to rebuild my life and stay focused.
Because of that, one of my long-term goals is to open an equine-based recovery program here in the community.
As the businesses grow, so does the ability to give back — through fundraisers, support, and community involvement.
